This week the Young Journalist Academy have got another jam packed edition of No Adults Allowed for you. In the studio this week we have pupils from the Walton Girls High School in Grantham producing the show. They’re discussing a range of topics including their hobbies and the school’s forthcoming musical ‘We Will Rock You’.
We’ll also be hearing from two other newsrooms in the academy. Students from Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in Alford have been finding out what services the Teenage Cancer Trust provides for young people facing the challenge of such a serious illness. They’ve also been talking to Lewis Healy who has been helping the school to redesign it’s news letter.
Meanwhile the North Kesteven School made the trip down to London to take part in the Secondary Proms which took place at the Royal Albert Hall last Monday. Reporters from the academy got the chance to find out more about the event from performers and the event organisers.
As well as the show each group make a behind the scenes video of their experience at Siren FM. In the video below you can see what students from Priory LSST got up to when they were at Siren FM a few weeks ago.
