East Midlands roads are the most dangerous in the country, according to a report by the national Road Safety Foundation.

The risk of death or serious injury on the region’s roads is also almost twice that of neighbouring West Midlands which according to the report has the lowest rates of fatal or serious crashes in the country.

The full report can be found here: http://www.roadsafetyfoundation.org/news/2014/11/3/how-safe-are-you-on-britain’s-roads-2014-results.aspx
