The Prince’s Trust – inspiring young lives
Written by Ed Wellman on 12th May 2015
The Prince’s Trust supports 13 – 30 year olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and a risk of exclusion.
Jimmy Gregory, a graduate of The University of Lincoln was helped by The Prince’s Trust to start his own graphic design company, and, now he is an Executive for the Trust’s Enterprise Programme.
Joining him in the Siren FM Drivetime studio, Karli Drinkwater, formerley a London-based senior broadcast journalist and producer, explains how invaluable she found practical advice from The Prince’s Trust when she relocated to Lincolnshire to start her own video production company.
And, we hear from Shaunna East, who, after attending the 4 day Enterprise Programme 3 years ago, now works on the front line as a Job Ambassador, meeting young people and providing support to help them find the opportunites they are looking for.
They speak with such energy and inspiration – take a listen for yourself now. And never lose sight of your dream. Find out more at The Princes Trust
