It’s all change this week at Siren as one show is finishing, another show is moving and three shows are returning after their Christmas break.
Last night was the last ever Ten Tonnes of Pure Metal as the team have given up their programme in order to concentrate on their studies for the final semester of their time at the university. In just over a year the team have been bringing you the best in metal and managed to bag some exclusive interviews along with gaining access to two of the biggest metal festivals in the country. We wish them the best of luck for their studies.
Meanwhile Behind The Headlines has moved day and time from it’s previous slot on a Friday. Professor Richard Keeble will now be presenting his show every Monday at 12pm with his repeat also being moved to Tuesday mornings at 8.
Yesterday also saw the return of the No Adults Allowed Young Journalist Academy Takeover. With the school term back in full swing the newsrooms are producing more content and will be bringing shows to you every Monday at 4pm. At the other end of the week another two shows will be making their return, City Vibe is back this Friday at 5pm and the student journalists at the university will be bringing you all the top news stories in Lincoln.
12pm this Sunday see the return of The Linc Podcast, the team from Lincoln’s student newspaper have come back from their Christmas break recharged and are ready to report all the news from the city and campus.
So make sure you tune in for all those shows and more here at Siren 107.3FM.
