King John at the LPAC
Written by Seb Edgington-Cole on 30th November 2015
Whilst we are celebrating 800 years of the Magna Carta, the story of one of its signatories is being told at the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre this Wednesday.
William Shakespeare’s King John, which is one of his least performed plays, is being interpreted by drama students of the University of Lincoln.
I spoke to Mary-Jane, Chloe and Rolo, who are all involved in the production. We discussed the play, their roles and the relevance of Shakespeare in this day and age.
You can listen to our whole chat on the link below, and find out more about the production and buy tickets here.
