I wonder if our speaker who is a food addict is aware of a free 12-step program for food addicts. This program has literally the lives of myself and many others who are just like the speaker.

Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous or FA is a 12-step program of recovery for people who suffer from overeating, under-eating, bulimia, or obsession with food or body size. FA believes that there is a lot more to food addiction than “food” and that food addiction recovery must focus on the addiction as a disease concept. There are no dues or fees, and meetings are open to anyone who wants to stop eating addictively. Please read our book, and view our website. We have meetings in the UK, US, Australia, Canada and members in several more countries.
