This week Food for Thought is a Lincolnshire Show special featuring the best food the show had to offer as well as an interview with to chef Colin McGurran. On top of that there is a recipe for chocolate orange cupcakes to celebrate the torch relay coming to Lincoln.

At the Lincolnshire Show I managed to catch up with top chef Colin McGurran who recently took part in the Great British Menu and demonstrated some of his dishes at the county show last week.
I had a look round the food court at the show and spoke to some of the stalls creating Lincolnshire’s finest foods.
