On this week’s Food for Thought I chat to Debrah Green, who runs Cakeability Green, about her fantastic cake creations and food writer and the editor of Waitrose Kitchen William Sitwell came to Lincoln.
Debrah Green makes edible art using cakes and sweets, she runs Cakeability Green making bespoke cakes but has recently opened Bonbonbouche on Steep Hill. It’s a little shop where she sells some of her smaller cakes and people can walk in and order her bigger cakes too. Bonbonbouche also works as somewhere for Debrah to display her work and show people what she can make.
The food writer William Sitwell visited Lincoln at the beginning of the week. He was speaking as part of the Lincoln School of Journalism guest lecture series.
He was also a guest on Andrew David’s Monday Drivetime show and Food for Thought regular Sam Pidoux was very excited about getting to interview him. They got to talking about the fantastic food that Lincoln has to offer.
