Something For The Weekend

Something for The Weekend with Dave Milling, Jose and anyone else he can find that he hasn’t upset.

This is not the TV show, pah! It’s not even close. Named after the fantastic song by The Divine Comedy in 1996, we take a look at the odd news of the week, and feature a different take on the Entertainment News with Antman as well (normally on a dodgy connection in a curry house somewhere in the country).

“It’s a great, fun way to wind down your weekend.” The proprietor of SIREN FM Mr A. “You’re not actaully going to quote me on that, are you?” David

Also, sometimes, we play games with the listeners. I spy, Throw your Darts Straight and feature occasionally your favoruite NW club owner Bernard Bigthing.

When we’re not live, things take a sinister turn and two blokes (chap called Liam and some other confused chap) take over who like playing easy listening music on warped vinyl and generally talk about how things used to be, or more like should be.

So tune in on Sunday 8.30pm for either 2 and a half hours of “entertainment” ahem, or 2 hours of  surrealism in “We’re Easy! Are You?”
