St Barnabas Hospice benefit from ‘used’ Christmas trees.
Written by John-Paul Dickie on 13th January 2015
St Barnabas Hospice is a well known name across Lincolnshire and exists to provide palliative care to people living with life-limiting conditions.
This winter, the hospice team have been raising funds by collecting and disposing of Christmas trees from people in Lincoln and the villages.
Ben Petts, Community Event Fundraiser for St Barnabas Hospice has been telling Siren’s John-Paul Dickie how popular this proved to be, and reminded us of the importance of supporting such a valuable service for the county.
