Our client is looking to recruit an experienced chef for their premises based on the outskirts of Lincoln. You will be working in a busy modern residential home, alongside another chef and an assistant.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide breakfast, hot lunch and afternoon tea to a high standard.

 

Other duties will include-

-Placing orders with suppliers  

-Dealing with and controlling budgets

-Preparing new seasonal menus

-General kitchen duties

 

Candidates should be qualified to City and Guilds leve, and have a good working knowlege of health and hygeine practices.
