Food for Thought: Christmas food fair and Wagamamas review

Written by on 29th November 2012

Food for Thought has started to think about Christmas, which is allowed for food as it is a vital part of the festive season, and went to try one of Lincoln’s newest restaurants.

You can listen to this week’s show in full here.

At the weekend Sam Pidoux and I went to the Christmas Food and Gift Fair, held at the Lincolnshire Showground. We met many local suppliers and producers who have made sure the Christmas staples of the bird, cheese, chocolate and nibbles are covered this year.

Jon Cresswell and I also tried out the new Wagamamas so make sure you listen to hear our verdict in full. It is great to have a restaurant offering something a little different here in Lincoln, and the food not only looks great but also tastes yummy.

Listen to the Wagamamas review here.

If you have any recipe recommendations that you think the listeners of Siren FM should be trying out or any pictures of your baking attempts then send them to me and they will be mentioned on the show.
