A trip to The Little Espresso Company

00:00 /

Tucked away... The Little Espresso Company on Silver Street, Lincoln. | Photo: Charlotte ReidI’m constantly surprised, in a good way, by the number of local cafes, restaurants and products that Lincoln has to offer. Food for Thought has been going for just over a year now and I’m still finding really interesting places to feature on the radio show. This week is no different as I went to visit The Little Espresso Company on Silver Street.

Adam Lowiss, the owner of The Little Espresso Company, chatted to me about their new coffee delivery service as well as what it’s like to work in such a small space.

Also on the show I revisited an interview with Claire Rick from the Children’s Food Trust. The full interview was on the show earlier in the year, but the healthy eating for children message is always important. The Children’s Food Trust work with schools and parents to make fruit and vegetables more appealing for kids.

As always if you have any local cafe or restaurant recommendations then let me know and I will feature them on the show. Also if there are any exciting food events happening over the summer just let me know.
