In this edition of Food for Thought I chat to Lindsay Gardner from Spire Chocolates and find out more about the Lincolnshire charity Lives’ recipe book.

Lindsay Gardner from Spire Chocolates is a chocolatier based in Louth. Spire Chocolates is a relatively new business but it has already made an impression as Lindsay’s Really Raspberry Chocolate has recently won a gold award. In this week’s podcast Lindsay explains how she got interested in making chocolates.

The charity Lives is a voluntary emergency service based in Lincolnshire and this year to help them fundraise for themselves they are creating a local recipe book. Pubs, restaurants and cafes can buy a page of the cookbook to contribute their own recipes. The book will then act like a guide for places to eat in and around Lincolnshire.

If after listening to the interview with Chris Strawson and Steve Hyde you would like to send in your own recipe then check out their Twitter accounts.
